Common Protocol

The description below is protocols about the VoiceBank being distributed and The overall elements of the character.

1.Basics

  • Copyright of 『BON』 belongs to the creator Gyutaeng(@gyucaloid_)

  • The VoiceBank is made for Diffsinger, UTAU and DeepVocal, and can be freely used in donjin range.

  • In case of using the VoiceBank, make sure to indicate the name of the VoiceBank.

  • When you use or consume the VoiceBank, it is considered that you have agreed to these protocols and is responsible for any problems caused by non compliance.

 

2. Prohibition

　The followings are prohibited.

  • To steal and remark the VoiceBank as one’s own, to plagiarize the work, and etc.

  • To use the VoiceBank as an tool of infringing on the copyright work of others.

  • To create an unofficial character account on any SNS. (such as Twitter, Instagram, etc.) 

  • To use the VoiceBank for personal defamation.

  • To use the VoiceBank for discrimination or to make travesty of minority group - such as sexual minority, race, etc.

  • To use the VoiceBank for the act of crime or to promote criminal act.

- When the protocol is violated or determines any kind of damage is caused to the creator, the creator can intervene directly to ban or limit the usage of the VoiceBank.

- Please contact twitter account (@gyucaloid_) about any violation of the protocol you found.

 

3. Commercial Utilization

  • To use the VoiceBank as commercial use, please contact the creator before using.

  • We prohibit all commercial use of music library and the character without permission including products using the character’s design or albums using this VoiceBank.

  • In addition, the VoiceBank library and character itself are completely prohibited from being sold commercially by third parties, not by the creator.

4. Political and religious uses

  • It is fully forbidden to use the VoiceBank for political purpose.

  • Also, to use the VoiceBank for praising or criticizing certain religion excessively is prohibited

    • However, the general scope of hymns, Christmas carols, Buddhist scriptures, etc. is partially allowed.

    • If you think the criteria is ambiguous, please contact us.

Guidelines for Voice library usage 

1.Resample(UTAU)

  • Recommend using [ moresampler ], [TIPS], [ tn_fnds ]

  • When using [ resampler ], tone deviation can happen and breath note does not output.

2. About Redistributing files

  • Basically reprinting(reuploading?) the VoiceBank without creators permission is prohibited

    • However, if the existing distributor fails, it is partially allowed to reupload(reprint??) without creator’s permission

  • Distribution of modified oto.ini files is free if it states that they are informal.

3. Editing VoiceBank

  • Editing VoiceBank for personal use is allowed. the editing range is not limited.

    • However, reposting and sharing the edited version of the VoiceBank (online or P2P) is completely prohibited.

  • All acts of using data from sound sorce for unauthorized AI learning without permission are completely prohibited.

  • To report an unauthorized AI learning, or if you have any questions about Voicebank AI transplantation, please contact @gyucaloid_

  • We do not restrict using HANASU・UTA YOMI.

  • It is prohibited to create derived characters(a.k.a. fan made character) based on edited VoiceBank.

    • ​We consider recreating the original character settings and designs that deviate from the existing one as derived characters(fan made characters).

4. Web posting of works using the VoiceBank

  • You can freely contribute to the web other than Youtube(niconico, bilibili, etc.) with no other special restrictions.

5. Etc.(1.0 UTAU)

  • Available language : Japanese

  • Power type quadrapitch VCV voicebank made with [ C3 / G3 / C4 / E4 ]

  • Some Korean CVVC is included ( [m R], [ng R], [l R], etc.)

  • NO frq file. I don't recommend resampler.

6. Etc.(DeepVocal)

  • Available language : Korean

  • Power type voicebank made with [ F3 / D4 ] 

  • Breathing sound is currently not output due to 'DeepVocal 2.0' error.

7. Etc.(2.0 UTAU)

  • Available language : Korean, Japanese

  • KR CVC = [ F3 / C4 / F4 ] + ETC

  • JP VCV = [ A2 / F3 / C4 / E4 ]+ ETC

  • NO frq file. I don't recommend resampler.

  • For OpenUTAU only. It may not work properly with existing UTAU.

8. Etc.(Diffsinger)​​

  • Available language : Korean, Japanese, English

  • Dataset : 1 hours of Korean data  + 35 mins of English data ( The English dataset was referenced by SVC with the 'Alex FloareVT' dataset. )
  • Acoustic : 100k steps
  • Variance : 114k steps

Guidelines for using character designs

1.CP(Coupling a.k.a. Shipping) with other UTAU & DeepVocal VoiceBank

  • As long as you observe the personal courtesy of the creator, there is no limit in derivative work of HL(Hetero Love), BL(Boys Love - Yaoi, Bara, Rose), or GL(Girls Love - Yuri, lily)

2. Permitted range of Derivative work

  • Sexual expression, archaic,and grotesque expression. None of them have significant limitations.

    • However, displaying high-level media(NSFW media) using the characters in public where unspecified people including underage can access is prohibited. Please be aware that it is violence to bring one into contact with sexual or cruel expressions, so always

  • Please observe the personal courtesy of the creator and we reiterate that responsibility of derivative work is on the user.

3. Cosplaying the Character

  • There is no special limit, but please make sure to write the name of the character you cosplayed on the web.
